View your account alerts and activity

You can view alerts and activity for your account on My T-Mobile.

 

You can view the following on My T-Mobile:

  • Address changes
  • Device orders and order updates
  • Family Allowance limits reached
  • New paperless bills
  • Payments (EIP payments, AutoPay payments, payment history, payment arrangements, and scheduled payments)
  • Proof of purchase
  • Mobile device security
  • Plan changes
  • Service changes

 

 

From your device with the T-Mobile app

  1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap Menu > ALERTS.

 

 

From a computer

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account
  2. View your alerts in the Alerts section on your home page.
    • To view more specific account alerts and activity, select View all alerts and activity or View Account Activity.
    • To see receipts and documents, view the Account History section.
