View your account alerts and activity

    You can view alerts and activity for your account on My T-Mobile.

     

    You can view the following on My T-Mobile:

     

    • Address changes
    • Device orders and order updates
    • Family Allowance limits reached
    • New paperless bills
    • Payments (EIP payments, EasyPay payments, payment history, payment arrangements, and scheduled payments)
    • Proof of purchase
    • Phone security
    • Plan changes
    • Service changes

     

    To view your account alerts:

     

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account
    2. You'll see your alerts in the Alerts section on your home page.
      • To view more specific account alerts and activity, select View all alerts and activity.
      • A popular item, receipts/documents, can be viewed from the Account History tab.
