Manage calls: LG Stylo 2 PLUS

Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the LG Stylo 2 PLUS.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. Drag down the notification bar and tap the Settings icon at the top-right.
  2. Tap Call > Decline and reject calls.
  3. Reject calls from, then + add icon.
  4. Select one of the following:
    1. Contacts
      1. Select the desired contact, then tap Done.
    2. Call logs
      1. Select the desired call log entry, then tap Done.
    3. New number
      1. Enter the phone number, then tap Save.

 

Unblock calls

  1. Drag down the notification bar and tap the Settings icon at the top-right.
  2. Tap Call > Decline and reject calls.
  3. Tap Reject calls from.
  4. Tap the trash can.
  5. Select the number(s) you want to unblock.
  6. Tap DELETE.
  7. Tap YES.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. Drag down the notification bar and tap the Settings icon at the top-right.
  2. Tap Call.
  3. Scroll down to 'INCOMING CALL, then tap Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  6. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  7. Tap Turn on.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. Drag down the notification bar and tap the Settings icon at the top-right.
  2. Tap Call.
  3. Scroll down to 'INCOMING CALL, then tap Call forwarding.
  4. Under 'FORWARD IF,' select from the following:
    • Busy
    • Unanswered
    • Unreachable
  5. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  6. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  7. Tap Update.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. Drag down the notification bar and tap the Settings icon at the top-right.
  2. Tap Call.
  3. Scroll down to 'INCOMING CALL,' then tap Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Tap Turn off.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. Drag down the notification bar and tap the Settings icon at the top-right.
  2. Tap Call > More > Additional settings.
  3. Tap Caller ID, then choose an option:
    1. Network default
    2. Hide number
    3. Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap Menu > Clear all.
  4. Tap Yes.

 

View call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap a call to view more details.
