If the device shows this issue, follow these steps:
- Advise the customer that the latest software version may solve this issue.
- Do not process a handset exchange before attempting to upgrade the software.
- Verify Software Version: T-Mobile Dash 3G.
- Note: The Rom version appears. The original software version is 1.71.531.5 or 1.71.531.6. The new software version is 2.06.531.4.
- The customer can download the latest software at www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade.
