Customer’s may state the device battery has a short life, using the following descriptions:
- The battery charge only lasts a few hours.
- The battery must be charged several times a day.
- The device does not hold a charge.
- The device has poor battery life.
- My other device battery lasted longer than the T-Mobile Shadow.
The remedy for this issue is to visit a T-Mobile retail store or other authorized dealer to purchase a battery.
