Change line names on My T-Mobile

Changing the name for a line is easy!

 

If you’re the Primary Account Holder (PAH) on the account, you can log in to My T-Mobile and update the name assigned to each line. Only the PAH can change the names for other lines on the account.

 

The line name you set is used to identify each person on your account. Renaming lines helps you tell who uses which line.

 

Personal accounts

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click PROFILE. To change the name for a different line, just click the drop-down menu and select the line.
  3. Select Line Settings.
  4. Next to NICKNAME, select Edit.
  5. Update the name and click SAVE.

 

 

Business accounts

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Select Your Profile.
  3. Next to Customer information, select Edit. To change the name for other lines, use the Master profile.
  4. Next to Name, select Edit.
  5. Update the name and select Save.
