Manage your account online

Change your plan, pay your bill, and manage your account at any time by going to My T-Mobile and logging in to your account.

 

 

Message a Customer Service specialist

To get quick and easy online answers to your questions, you can send us a message. And, be assured, we’ll get back to you.

  1. In the lower-right area of any Support page, click Message us on My T-Mobile.
  2. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  3. Click Message us.
  4. Enter your question, comment, or concern in the conversation box that opens. Click send (the arrow).

 

 

Give us a call

There are several ways to call us:

  • Download the T-Mobile app and whenever you need our help, simply open the app and select Call Us.
  • Just dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or call 1-877-746-0909. Automated account help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while Customer Service representatives are available daily from 3 a.m.-10 p.m. PT.
  • TTY service is available for the hearing and speech impaired. Call us via TTY toll free at 1-877-296-1018, from 5 a.m.–10 p.m. PT, daily.

 

 

Schedule a callback

If you're busy, you can schedule a callback and we'll call you back later today or tomorrow. Just open the T-Mobile app or log in to My T-Mobile on your computer, and you'll be able to set up a callback date and time.

 

Schedule a call from your device

To schedule a call with a Customer Service rep:

  1. Open the T-Mobile app on your device. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap the small phone icon in the upper right.
  3. Tap the drop-down menu and select a topic.
  4. Tap Schedule a Callback.
  5. Enter a phone number. (If you're having an issue with your device, please use a different number where we can reach you.)
  6. Using the drop-down menus, select a date and time.
  7. Tap Find a Time and then choose an available callback time from one of the options given.
  8. Tap Confirm. One of our Customer Service representatives will call you at the time you selected.

 

To cancel or make a change to your scheduled call:

  1. Open the T-Mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap the small phone icon in the upper right.
  3. Tap CANCEL CALLBACK or MAKE A CHANGE.

 

Note: For the T-Mobile app steps to work properly, you'll need to make sure you have the most up-to-date version.

 

Schedule a call from your computer

If you're calling about a technical issue with your T-Mobile service, please call from a different phone so that we can troubleshoot with you.

 

To schedule a call with a Customer Service rep:

  1. On your computer, go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. At the top of the page, click CALL ME.
  3. Select a reason for us to call you from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter a phone number. (If you're having an issue with your device, please use a different number where we can reach you.)
  5. Click SCHEDULE CALLBACK. (You can also click CALL ME if you want us to call you as soon as we can.)
  6. Select a time that works for you and click CONFIRM. We'll then call you back at the time you selected.

 

To cancel or make a change to your scheduled call:

  1. On your computer, go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. At the top of the page, click CALL ME.
  3. Click CANCEL CALLBACK or MAKE A CHANGE.
