A Change of Responsibility (COR) is a change in billing responsibility from one person or business to another person or business. Note: Only the Billing Responsible Party on an Individual account or an Authorized User from a Business/Government account can authorize a COR.
If you need to complete a COR, contact Customer Care. Ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions prior to assuming responsibility. Important: To expedite the handling of your request, please ensure that the potential customer taking over the line is available to discuss the COR.
Business Customers Only:
If you need to change responsibility from an Individual to Business/Government account or from a Business/Government to an Individual account, email the signed COR form to BusinessCare@T-Mobilesupport.com or fax it to 1-877-214-5937.
