Change of Responsibility

    A Change of Responsibility (COR) is a change in billing responsibility from one person or business to another person or business. Note: Only the Billing Responsible Party on an Individual account or an Authorized User from a Business/Government account can authorize a COR.


    If you need to complete a COR, contact Customer Care. Ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions prior to assuming responsibility. Important: To expedite the handling of your request, please ensure that the potential customer taking over the line is available to discuss the COR.

    If you need to change responsibility from an Individual to Business/Government account or from a Business/Government to an Individual account, email the signed COR form to or fax it to 1-877-214-5937.
