    How long can I save a Visual Voicemail message?

    Visual Voicemail messages will stay on your phone until you delete them. You can also download Visual Voicemail to your phone or SD card. For steps on how to download your Visual Voicemails, search for your phone's manual from the Devices page.



    Will I receive a text message when I get a new Visual Voicemail?

    No. You receive a reel-to-reel message waiting indicator (MWI).



    Can I bypass the Visual Voicemail greeting and help prompts?

    To skip the voicemail greeting or help prompts, press the # key at any time. This takes you directly to the beep prompt where you can leave a voicemail message.



    When I delete a Visual Voicemail message, does it delete on the normal voicemail system?

    Yes. When Visual Voicemail messages are deleted on the phone, the voicemail system will delete the message when the voicemail system syncs with the phone. Syncing happens when new messages are received or when you synchronize Visual Voicemail using the Menu in the Visual Voicemail Inbox.



    How can I forward a voicemail to email?

    1. Open the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app.
    2. Tap the message you want to send to email.
    3. Tap Menu (the three stacked dots in the upper right).
    4. Tap Forward.
    5. Open the email provider you want to use.
    6. Enter the email address and send your email.
