Customer update: The SCORE! program has ended

SCORE! for postpaid accounts

As of January 13, 2016, the SCORE! feature is no longer available to be added to your account if you're on a Simple Choice™ postpaid plan or a Simple Choice No Credit Check plan.


If you're currently using the SCORE! program, you can still redeem it on one handset upgrade. When the upgrade is complete, the SCORE! feature will be removed from your line, and you'll no longer be charged the $5 per month fee. You have until December 31, 2016, to complete an upgrade.


SCORE! for Pay in Advance (Prepaid) plans

As of June 12, 2016, the SCORE! feature is no longer available for prepaid plans.



How it works

For just $5 per month per line, you get access to exclusive phone pricing. Depending on how long you've been enrolled in SCORE!, the longer you wait to upgrade, the bigger selection of phones you get to choose from:


  • After 6 months, you can upgrade at no additional cost and choose from a select list of entry-level 4G smartphones.
  • After 12 months, you can choose from all smartphones. You can either:
    • Choose a free phone from a select list of entry-level smartphones, or
    • Get exclusive pricing on T-Mobile’s entire inventory of smartphones.


For every line that you added it on your account, you'll see a monthly $5/line recurring charge on your bill. You can also use T-Mobile's Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), if you qualify and you'd prefer to pay monthly installments on your phone.


SCORE! doesn't include Device Protection or Lookout Mobile Security Premium.
