Reset call log

 

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From Idle mode, select Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Call history management.
  5. Select Delete all history.
  6. Press the Select soft key or .select one of the following call logs and press to place a check mark next to the item to delete.
    • All calls
    • Missed calls
    • Dialed calls
    • Answered calls
    • Voicemail
  1. Select Delete.
  2. Select Yes to delete the selected category, or No to cancel.

 

 

View call log

 

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

 

  1. From Idle mode, select Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Select Call history management to view the following logs.
    • Last call time
    • Total incoming
    • Total outgoing
    • Life time
