Add SMS service center number

 

To add or change the SMS service center number, follow these steps:

 

Note: We're sorry, but you cannot change the service center number. Follow the below steps to view the current number.

 

  1. From the home screen, press Menu.
  2. Using the navigation keys, scroll to and select Messaging.
  3. Scroll to and select Settings.
  4. Select Messages settings.
  5. Select Text message center.
  6. Highlight T-Mobile and press the Options key.
    • Note: If T-Mobile is not selected, select it before pressing Options.
  7. Scroll to and select Edit.
  8. Ensure the center address is set to +12063130004.
  9. Press the Save key.

 

 

Delete picture messages (MMS)

 

To delete picture messages (MMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Scroll to and select Messaging.
  3. Scroll to and select Inbox.
  4. Scroll to the message you want to delete.
  5. Select Options.
  6. Scroll to and select Delete.
  7. Select Selected.
  8. Select Yes.

 

 

Delete text messages (SMS)

 

To delete text messages (SMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select Messaging.
  3. Scroll to and select Inbox.
  4. Scroll to the message you want to delete.
  5. Select Options.
  6. Scroll to and select Delete.
  7. Select Selected.
  8. Select Yes to confirm.

 

 

Save pictures received in a message (MMS)

 

To save a picture you received as a picture message (MMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. From the main screen, select Menu.
  2. Select Messaging.
  3. Scroll to and select Inbox.
  4. Scroll and select the message.
  5. Press Options.
  6. Select Save media.
  7. Press Options.
  8. Select Save in My files.
  9. Select either Selected or All.
