To understand what icons and indicators on the display screen mean, refer to the following:
Displays your current signal strength. The greater the number of bars, the stronger the signal.
Displays when the phone is in Airplane mode. You cannot send or receive any calls or access online information.
Indicates there is no signal available.
Displays when a call is in progress.
Displays when call forwarding is active.
Displays when you have missed an incoming call.
Displays when the current call is muted.
Indicates the current call is unmuted.
Displays the level of charge in your battery.
Displays when connected to the EDGE network.
Displays when your phone is communicating with the EDGE network.
Displays when connected to the 3G network.
Displays when your phone is communicating with the 3G network.

Displays when there is a new text message.
