    How do I get the Lookout Mobile Security Premium application on my phone?

    The Lookout app is already pre-loaded on most T-Mobile Android phones, and can manage up to three devices on one account. To open the app, look on your phone for the Lookout app icon (the green shield logo) and tap it. The application is also available for download from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

    How much does Lookout Mobile Security Premium cost?

    Two versions of Lookout are available:

    • A free version that provides essential security features.
    • A premium version that offers advanced security features:
      • Free with all JUMP!™ purchases
      • Available separately for an additional monthly or yearly fee from your device's app store



    How do I find a lost phone, lock a phone, or wipe data from a lost phone using Lookout Mobile Security Premium?

    To locate, lock, or wipe your phone, log into Lookout.com. For help you find a lost or stolen phone, lock your phone, or wipe data, read the how-tos and troubleshooting information for the Lookout Mobile Security app.



    Can I locate my phone if I lose it outside of the United States?

    Lookout requires a data or Wi-Fi connection to locate your phone. If you find that you're able to make a phone call or connect to the Internet, Lookout will be able to locate your lost phone.



    Can I cancel Lookout?

    Of course. Use the Lookout Mobile Security app to cancel your Lookout account.
