Add contact

 

To add a new contact to the phone book, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, enter the contact's phone number.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select Add to Contacts.
  4. Enter the contact's first and last name.
  5. If desired, enter additional contact information.
  6. Press the Menu key.
  7. Scroll to and select Save.

 

 

Add contact to speed dial

 

To assign a contact to speed dial, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press and hold a key.
  2. Select Yes.
  3. Scroll to and select the desired contact.
  4. Press the Escape key to exit.
  5. Press and hold the assigned number key to dial the contact.

 

 

Copy contact: import / export from SD card

Copy contact: import / export from SIM card

 

To copy contacts between the device memory and SIM card, follow these steps:

 

Export from SIM

  1. From the Home screen, scroll to and select Contacts.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Scroll to and select SIM Phonebook.
  4. Scroll to and select the contact that you want to copy to the device memory.
  5. Scroll to and select Add to Contacts.
  6. Add additional information, if desired.
  7. Press the Menu key.
  8. Select Save.

 

Import to SIM

  1. From the Home screen, scroll to and select Contacts.
  2. Scroll to and select the desired contact.
  3. Scroll to the phone number that you want to copy to the SIM card.
  4. Press the Menu key.
  5. Scroll to and select Copy to SIM Phonebook.
  6. Press the Touchpad.
  7. Select Save.

 

 

Delete contact

 

To delete contacts from the phone book, follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, scroll to and select Contacts.
  2. Highlight the contact you wish to delete.
  3. Press the Menu key.
  4. Scroll to and select Delete.
  5. Select Delete.
