Sign up for or cancel paperless billing

    Paperless billing let's you see your billing information securely at My T-Mobile. To sign up for paperless billing, you'll need a My T-Mobile account and a valid email address. Also, you need to be the Primary Account Holder (PAH) or have authorization from the PAH to make changes to the account.

     

    Once you've registered on My T-Mobile, you can view or print your T-Mobile bill online going back 12 months.

     

    You can cancel paperless billing if you'd rather get your bill in the mail.

     

     

    Here's how to sign up for paperless billing:

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PROFILE in the upper right-hand corner.
    3. On the left, click Billing & Payments.
      • To sign up, click Sign up.
      • To modify your account settings, click Edit.
    4. Under PAPERLESS BILLING, click Paperless Bill.
    5. Under How would you like to receive your Bill, select either email or text message for a reminder when your bill is ready.
    6. Select the check box for I agree to Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions.

     

     

    To cancel paperless billing

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PROFILE in the upper right-hand corner.
    3. On the left, click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Edit.
    5. Under PAPERLESS BILLING, click Bill in the mail, and then select whether you'd like a free Summary bill (no additional fee) or a Detailed bill ($1.99 per month).
    6. Click Save.
