Paperless billing

    Paperless billing lets you see your billing information securely at My T-Mobile. To sign up for paperless billing, you need a My T-Mobile account and a valid email address. Also, you need to be the Primary Account Holder (PAH) or have authorization from the PAH to make changes to the account. You can cancel paperless billing at anytime.

    Sign up for paperless billing

     

    From your mobile device with the T-Mobile app:

    1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
    2. Select Menu > BILLING & PAYMENTS.
    3. Select Paperless Billing.
    4. Select Paperless bill.
    5. Select how you'd like to receive your bill.
    6. Select AGREE & SUBMIT.

     

    From a computer:

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PROFILE in the upper-right corner.
    3. On the left, click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Edit to the right of PAPERLESS BILLING.
    5. Click Paperless Bill.
    6. Under Select how would you like to receive your Bill, select either email or text message for a reminder when your bill is ready.
    7. Select I agree to Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions.
    8. Select Save.

     

     

    Cancel paperless billing

     

    From your mobile device with the T-Mobile app:

    1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
    2. Select Menu > BILLING & PAYMENTS.
    3. Select Paperless Billing.
    4. Select Bill in the mail.
    5. Select the bill detail you'd like.
    6. Select AGREE & SUBMIT.

     

    From a computer:

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PROFILE in the upper-right corner.
    3. On the left, click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Edit to the right of PAPERLESS BILLING.
    5. Under PAPERLESS BILLING, click Bill in the mail, and then select whether you'd like a free Summary bill (no additional fee) or a Detailed bill ($1.99 per month).
    6. Click Save.
