Paperless billing

Save trees, give your mail carrier a little break, and cut back on paper cuts. Sign up for paperless billing!

 

To sign up for paperless billing, you'll need to be the Primary Account Holder (PAH), have a My T-Mobile account and a valid email address.

Sign up for paperless billing

 

New T-Mobile app

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password.
  2. Tap MORE > Profile settings.
  3. Tap Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing.
  4. Tap the Paperless Bill button and select how you want to receive your bill:
    • Email
    • Text message
  5. Tap Agree & Save.

 

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and log in using your T-Mobile ID and password.
  2. Tap Menu > Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing.
  3. Tap Paperless bill as the type of bill you'd like to receive.
  4. Tap Email to or Text message to or both.
  5. Tap Agree & Submit.

 

My T-Mobile

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click PROFILE in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing > Paperless Bill.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive choose Paperless Bill.
  5. Under Select how you would like to receive your bill choose Email to or Text message to.
  6. Click Agree & Save.

 

 

Cancel paperless billing

 

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Select Menu > BILLING & PAYMENTS.
  3. Select Paperless Billing.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive choose Paper Bill.
  5. Under Select the level of bill you would like to receive choose Summary bill to Detailed bill $1.99/Month.
  6. Select Agree & Save.

 

My T-Mobile

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click PROFILE in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Billing & Payments > Paperless Billing > Paperless Bill.
  4. Under Select the type of bill you would like to receive choose Paper Bill.
  5. Under Select the level of bill you would like to receive choose Summary bill to Detailed bill $1.99/Month.
  6. Click Agree & Save.
