Paperless billing

    Paperless billing let's you see your billing information securely at My T-Mobile. To sign up for paperless billing, you'll need a My T-Mobile account and a valid email address. Also, you need to be the Primary Account Holder (PAH) or have authorization from the PAH to make changes to the account. You can cancel paperless billing at anytime.

     

    Paperless billing benefits:

    • Quick and easy access to your bill at no cost.
    • Reduced paper clutter for you with 12 months of bill history available at your fingertips on My T-Mobile.
    • Feel safe by receiving your bill via secure digital channels.

     

    Once you've registered on My T-Mobile, you can view or print your T-Mobile bill online going back 12 months.

     

    Sign up for paperless billing

     

    From the T-Mobile app:

    1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
    2. Select Menu > BILLING & PAYMENTS.
    3. Select Paperless Billing.
    4. Select Paperless bill.
    5. Select how you'd like to receive your bill.
    6. Select AGREE & SUBMIT.

     

    From a computer:

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PROFILE in the upper right-hand corner.
    3. On the left, click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Sign up.
    5. Under PAPERLESS BILLING, click Paperless Bill.
    6. Under How would you like to receive your Bill, select either email or text message for a reminder when your bill is ready.
    7. Select the check box for I agree to Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions.

     

     

    Cancel paperless billing

     

    From the T-Mobile app:

    1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
    2. Select Menu > BILLING & PAYMENTS.
    3. Select Paperless Billing.
    4. Select Bill in the mail.
    5. Select the bill detail you'd like.
    6. Select AGREE & SUBMIT.

     

    From a computer:

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Click PROFILE in the upper right-hand corner.
    3. On the left, click Billing & Payments.
    4. Click Edit.
    5. Under PAPERLESS BILLING, click Bill in the mail, and then select whether you'd like a free Summary bill (no additional fee) or a Detailed bill ($1.99 per month).
    6. Click Save.
