Learn how to suspend your line. Only Primary Account Holders can suspend lines.
You can suspend your monthly T-Mobile service if your phone was lost or stolen, or if you're planning to not use your phone for a period of time. A minimum monthly fee, payments for your plan, and payments for any equipment on a payment plan, may be required for the remaining term of your agreement. If you have a line with multiple lines, keep in mind you can only suspend one line at a time.
