Suspend your line

    Primary Account Holders can suspend lines on My T-Mobile. You can suspend your monthly T-Mobile service if your phone was lost or stolen, or if you're planning to not use your phone for a period of time. A minimum monthly fee, payments for your plan, and payments for any equipment on a payment plan, may be required for the remaining term of your agreement. If you have a line with multiple lines, keep in mind you can only suspend one line at a time.


    To suspend your line:


    1. Make sure your line is the Primary Account Holder.
    2. Log in to My T-Mobile.
    3. From the top navigation bar, click PHONE.
    4. Click Temporary suspension and follow the on-screen steps to complete the suspension.
