My T-Mobile Primary Account Holders

    Learn about the My T-Mobile Primary Account Holder (PAH). The Primary Account Holder sets access and permissions for other lines, is able to view account activity, and has full access to My T-Mobile account management options. You can set permissions for other lines by going to to the PROFILE section of My T-Mobile.

     

    My T-Mobile permission levels:

     

    • Primary Account Holder: You can manage the account and all lines on the account. You can also set permissions for other people on the account.
    • Full Access: You can manage the account and all lines on the account.
    • Standard Access: You can see basic account information and details about your own line. You cannot make account changes or changes to any line (including your own).
    • Restricted Access: You can see basic account information and a usage summary for your own line. You cannot make account changes or changes to any line (including your own).
    • No Access: You don't have access to My T-Mobile.

     

    The PAH is set as part of the My T-Mobile registration process. If you need to change the PAH, contact T-Mobile Customer Service.
