Upgrade your device

    Depending on your plan, you can upgrade to a new T-Mobile phone or device on My T-Mobile. You'll pay a low out of pocket price, and have the option to pay the remainder of your phone balance over 24 months with no interest or finance charges. If you are a JUMP!     Make sure you are the Primary Account Holder or have Full Account access. Only these lines can upgrade a phone or device on My T-Mobile.

     

    To upgrade your device:

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account..
    2. Select PHONE in the top menu.
    3. Under My phone, select the UPGRADE button. If you don't see this option, you won't be able to upgrade at this time.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
