    Learn how to upgrade your device. With our Simple Choice Plan, you can upgrade to a new T-Mobile phone, tablet, or device on My T-Mobile, at any time. There is no waiting period. You'll pay a low out of pocket price, and have the option to pay the remainder of your phone balance over 24 months with no interest or finance charges.


    To upgrade to a new phone or internet device:


    1. Make sure you are the Primary Account Holder or have Full Account access. Only these lines can upgrade a phone on My T-Mobile.
    2. Log in to My T-Mobile.
    3. Click PHONE.
    4. Under My phone, click the UPGRADE button.
