    How do I find my current upgrade pricing?

    1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
    2. Select the filters (on the left side) to find the phone that is right for you.
    3. Scroll to the desired phone and the upgrade price will be displayed.

     

     

    How much does it cost?

    There's no upgrade fee for Simple Choice plan customers that qualify for an upgrade through the Equipment Installment Plan (EIP). However, a customer may be required to pay an Early Migration Access Charge to change their service.

     

     

    How do I pay for my upgrade?

    To pay for your upgrade, you can:

     

    • Pay online at My T-Mobile: You might qualify to have the price of your device billed to your account. Alternately, you may qualify to use our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) to split the price of the phone into low monthly payments. Keep in mind, taking part in the EIP requires a 24-month financial agreement. Equipment Installment Plan details.
    • Pay in person at a T-Mobile retail store: At our stores, you can pay for your upgrade upfront with a credit card, debit card, or cash. Alternately, you may qualify to use our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) to split the price of the phone into low monthly payments.     • Pay over the phone with a specialist: You can pay for your upgrade upfront with a credit card, debit card, or cash. Alternately, you may qualify to use our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) to split the price of the phone into low monthly payments.
