Track your device order

    Learn how to check the status or track a shipment of a newly ordered phone, internet device, or accessory.


    Keep in mind:


    • T-Mobile uses UPS to ship most phones and accessories.
      • UPS Ground Shipping is expected to arrive within seven business days.
      • UPS Express Shipping is expected to arrive within three business days.
      • UPS Next Day Air is expected to arrive on the next business day (for orders placed before 2 p.m. PT).
    • T-Mobile uses USPS for shipments to Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. The estimated delivery time is within seven business days.
    • It may take up to two days before tracking information becomes available.


    Check the status of an order

    To check an order from your phone with the T-Mobile app:


    1. Open the T-Mobile app.
    2. From the home screen, select Check Status. If the order has shipped, you can select tracking details to get the latest update on the location of the package.


    To check on an order from a computer:


    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Select SHOP.
    3. Scroll to and select Check order status.
    4. Enter the requested information and then select CONTINUE to see the status or your order.



    Track a UPS shipment

    UPS tracking information is not made available until after the order has shipped. Allow 2 days before tracking your order.


    To track the order:


    1. Go to the UPS Tracking website.
    2. In the Shipment Reference text box, enter your 10-digit T-Mobile number in the following format: XXX-XXX-XXXX. For UPS tracking, please use the T-Mobile phone number that the upgrade or exchange was ordered for.
    3. In the lower right corner of the Track by Reference screen, select Track.



    Track a USPS shipment

    1. Go to the USPS Track & confirm website.
    2. In the Enter Label/Receipt Number field, enter your tracking number.
    3. Select Go.
