Add SMS service center number

 

To add or change the SMS service center number, follow these steps:

 

Note: We're sorry, but you cannot change the service center number. Follow the below steps to view the current number.

 

  1. Navigate to Home screen 1 and then tap Text Messages.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at bottom-right.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Text Messages.
  5. Tap the More settings icon located at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Tap the Service Center Address field and enter the desired number.
  7. Tap the Save icon (folder / check mark) at the bottom of the screen.

 

 

Delete picture messages (MMS)

 

To delete picture messages (MMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Home screen 1.
  2. Tap Text messages.
  3. Choose one of the following options:

  • To delete the entire conversation thread:
      1. Touch and hold on the Conversation thread.
      2. Tap the Trash can icon and then tap Delete.

    • To delete an individual picture message:
      1. Tap the desired Conversation thread.
      2. Touch and hold on the picture message inside the conversation thread.
        Note: Do not touch and hold on the picture thumbnail.
      3. Tap the Trash can icon.

 

 

Delete text messages (SMS)

 

To delete text messages (SMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Home screen 1.
  2. Tap Text messages.
  3. Choose one of the following options:

  • To delete the entire conversation thread:
      1. Touch and hold on the Conversation thread.
      2. Tap the Trash can icon and then tap Delete.

  • To delete an individual text message:
      1. Tap the desired Conversation thread.
      2. Touch and hold on the message inside the Conversation thread.
      3. Tap the Trash can icon.

 

 

Save pictures received in a message (MMS)

 

To save a picture you received as a picture message (MMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Home screen 1.
  2. Tap Text messages.
  3. Tap the conversation thread containing the picture message.
  4. Touch and hold on the picture thumbnail.
  5. Tap the Save icon (folder / check mark).
  6. If desired, change the file name.
  7. If desired, tap the folder icon at bottom-left and then navigate to where you want to save the file.
    Note: Tap the folder icon with the + sign to create a new folder.
  8. Tap Save.
