Camera settings: BlackBerry Z10

Learn how to change camera settings on the BlackBerry Z10.

 

 

 

 

Settings

 

To change the settings for taking and displaying pictures, follow these steps:

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Camera icon.
  2. Touch the Status bar and slide down.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. For the following settings, tap each switch to turn on or turn off:
    • Save on Media Card
    • Geotag Pictures
    • HDR Photo Capture
  5. Tap the < icon to return to Camera mode.
  6. Tap the Menu icon at bottom-right.
  7. Adjust the following settings:
    • Switch Camera
    • Shooting mode
    • Scene
    • Flash
    • Aspect Ratio
  8. Tap outside of the Settings menu to return to Camera mode.
  9. At top-right, tap the Camera icon to select the following modes:
    • Face detection mode
    • Camcorder mode

 

 

 

Set default camera storage

 

To change if the camera stores pictures on the internal memory (ROM) or SD card, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Camera icon.
  2. Touch the Status bar and slide down.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap the Save on Media Card switch to turn on or turn off.
