Add SMS service center number

 

To add or change the SMS service center number, follow these steps:

 

Note: We're sorry, but you cannot change the service center number. Follow the below steps to view the current number.

 

  1. To view the messaging service center number, follow these steps:
  2. From the Home screen, touch the App Drawer App Drawer Icon.png
  3. Touch Messages.
  4. Press the Menu key.
  5. Touch Settings.
  6. Touch Text messages (SMS).
  7. View the Service Center number.

 

 

Delete picture messages (MMS)

 

To delete picture messages (MMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Home screen, touch the App Drawer App+Drawer.png.
  2. Touch Messages.
  3. Locate the message you want to delete.
  4. Touch and hold the message.
  5. Touch Delete.
  6. Touch OK.

 

 

Delete text messages (SMS)

 

To delete text messages (SMS), follow these steps:

 

Delete all text messages

  1. From the Home screen, touch the App Drawer App+Drawer.png.
  2. Touch Messages.
  3. Press the Menu Menu+button.png key.
  4. Touch Delete.
  5. Press the Menu Menu+button.png key.
  6. Touch Select all.
  7. Touch Delete.

 

Delete individual text messages

  1. From the Home screen, touch the App Drawer App+Drawer.png.
  2. Touch Messages.
  3. Press the Menu Menu+button.png key.
  4. Touch Delete.
  5. Touch the check box of each message you want to delete.
  6. Touch Delete.

 

 

Save pictures received in a message (MMS)

 

To save a picture you received as a picture message (MMS), follow these steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the image
  2. Tap to Save Image
