Notifications

 

To change the notification sounds, follow these steps:

 

Android 4.4 KitKat

 

  1. Transfer the music song or sound file to the correct folder as shown above.
  2. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Sound.
  5. Scroll down under Notifications, tap Notification sound.
  6. Scroll to the music or sound file you copied to the phone.
  7. Tap the the desired notification or alert sound.
  8. Tap Apply. Transfer the music song or sound file to the correct folder as shown above.
  9. From the Home screen, touch Applications.
  10. Tap Settings.
  11. Tap Sound.
  12. Scroll down under Notifications, tap Notification sound.
  13. Scroll to the music or sound file you copied to the phone.
  14. Tap the the desired notification or alert sound.
  15. Tap Apply.

Android 5.0 Lollipop

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Sound & notifications.
  4. Tap Notification sound.
  5. Scroll to the music or sound file you copied to the phone.
  6. Tap the the desired notification or alert sound.
  7. Tap Apply.

Ringtones

 

To change the ringtone, follow these steps:

 

Ringtone for all calls

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Personalize.
  4. Tap Ringtone.
  5. Select the desired ringtone.
  6. Tap APPLY.

 

Ringtone for calls from one contact

Note: You cannot assign a ringtone to contacts stored on the SIM card or Phone (device memory).

Android 4.4 KitKat

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Contacts.
  3. Tap the desired contact.
  4. Tap Ringtone.
  5. Select the desired ringtone.
  6. Tap APPLY.

Android 5.0 Lollipop

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap People.
  3. Tap the desired contact.
  4. Tap Ringtone.
  5. Select the desired ringtone.
  6. Tap APPLY.
