Manage automatic payments

AutoPay makes paying your T-Mobile bill a snap. And when AutoPay is active, you receive a monthly bill credit for each line on your account, depending on your plan. Learn how to set up, manage, or cancel automatic bill payments for your postpaid account using AutoPay, a free service which automatically deducts payments from your credit card or checking account to pay for your T-Mobile service.

    Things to keep in mind:

    • Depending on your plan, you can receive a monthly bill credit for each line on your account (up to a maximum of eight lines on a T-Mobile ONE Taxes Included plan) when AutoPay is active.
    • AutoPay payments are automatically deducted each month approximately two days before your due date.
    • Changes to AutoPay must be made at least one day before the billing cycle close date to take effect on the next bill due date.
    • If you have a prepaid plans, you can Refill your Pay in Advance (Prepaid) account with either AutoPay (your account refills every 30 days) or Auto Refill (your account is refilled based on the frequency you choose).
    • AutoPay isn't available for No Credit Check plans (such as the no credit check option available with T-Mobile ONE™ and Simple Choice™).
