AutoPay

AutoPay makes paying your T-Mobile bill a snap. This free service automatically deducts payments from your credit card or checking account to pay your T-Mobile bill.

 

You may also get monthly bill credits for up to eight lines on a qualifying Postpaid T-Mobile ONE Taxes included plan when AutoPay is active for your entire billing cycle.

Set up AutoPay

If you set up AutoPay today, your bill payment may process as early as tomorrow.

 

From the T-Mobile app

  1. Tap BILL.

  2. Scroll to and tap Autopay off.

  3. Enter Start Date, Amount and Payment Method.

  4. Tap Continue.
  5. Read Terms & Conditions.

  6. Tap Agree and Submit.

 

From My T-Mobile:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. In the section that shows your BALANCE DUE and DUE DATE, select OFF next to AutoPay to turn this feature on.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to sign up for AutoPay.

 

 

Update payment info

  • If you want to update your AutoPay payment method, follow the steps below at least five days before your bill's next due date.
  • If it's less than five days before your bills next due date, you'll need to make a one-time payment now, to prevent your previous payment method from being charged.

 

From the T-Mobile app

  1. Tap BILL

  2. Scroll to and tap Autopay on.

  3. Tap Edit next to current payment method.

  4. Tap Add Bank or Add Card.

  5. Enter the payment information and tap Continue.
  6. Read Terms & Conditions.
  7. Tap Agree and Submit.

 

From My T-Mobile:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. In the section that shows your BALANCE DUE and DUE DATE, select ON next to AutoPay to edit your AutoPay settings.
  3. Select Edit next to your current payment method.
  4. Select Add Bank or Add Card.
  5. Enter in payment method information, then select Continue.
  6. Select I agree to the Terms & Conditions then select Submit.

 

 

Cancel AutoPay

  • Cancel AutoPay at least five days before your bill's next due date to avoid AutoPay processing.
  • If you're on T-Mobile One and use AutoPay, canceling AutoPay will cancel any AutoPay bill credits.

 

From the T-Mobile app

  1. Tap BILL.

  2. Scroll to and tap AutoPay on.

  3. Tap Cancel Autopay.

  4. Read the warning about payment and discount loss.
  5. Select Yes, Cancel Autopay.

 

From My T-Mobile:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. In the section that shows your BALANCE DUE and DUE DATE, select ON next to AutoPay.
  3. Select Cancel Autopay and then Next.
  4. Read the warning about payment and discount loss.
  5. Select Yes, Cancel Autopay.

 

 

About AutoPay

  • AutoPay isn't available for No Credit Check plans, such as the no credit check option available with T-Mobile ONE™ and Simple Choice™.
  • Payments are withdrawn approximately two to three days before your bill due date.
  • You'll be notified by text message if AutoPay is rejected or you have an unprocessed payment.
  • Unprocessed payments will automatically be reprocessed in five banking days.
  • Setting up a payment arrangement automatically cancels AutoPay and any monthly AutoPay bill credits.
  • Once your payment arrangement is fulfilled, you can set up AutoPay again.
  • Cards with statements mailed to foreign addresses can’t be used for AutoPay.
  • Canceling your account doesn't automatically cancel AutoPay, you must cancel AutoPay separately.
