Set up, manage, or cancel automatic payments (EasyPay)

Learn how to sign up for, manage, or cancel automatic bill payments for your postpaid account using EasyPay, a free service which automatically deducts payments from your credit card or checking account to pay for your T-Mobile service.

    Things you should know:

    • If you're on one of our prepaid plans, read how you can Refill your Pay in Advance (Prepaid) account with either AutoPay (your account is refilled every 30 days) or an Auto Refill (your account is refilled based on the frequency you choose).
    • EasyPay isn't available if you're on a Simple Choice with No Credit Check plan.
    • EasyPay payments are automatically deducted each month approximately three days before your due date.
    • Any changes you make to EasyPay should be made at least five days before the bill due date for them to take effect for that bill cycle.
