Change your plan

    You can change your plan anytime on My T-Mobile.

     

    If you have a Pay in Advance (Prepaid) plan and you want to switch to a postpaid monthly plan, contact T-Mobile Customer Service.

     

    From your mobile device with the T-Mobile app

    1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
    2. From the home screen, select Change Plan.
    3. Select the line of service to change.
    4. Scroll to and select OPTIONS.
    5. Select Change plan and follow the on-screen steps to change your plan for that line.

     

     

    From a computer

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Select PLAN.
    3. Select the line of service to change.
    4. Select CHANGE PLAN and follow the on-screen steps to change your plan for that line.
