Change your plan

    Learn how to change your plan using My T-Mobile. If you have a Pay in Advance (Prepaid) plan and you want to switch to a postpaid monthly plan, contact T-Mobile Customer Service.

     

    View or change your plan from your phone with the T-Mobile app

    1. Open the T-Mobile app.
    2. Go to the Plan card:
      • To view your plan, select View Plan Details.
      • To change your plan:
        1. Select Change Plan button.
        2. Select the desired line of service.
        3. Scroll to and select OPTIONS.
        4. Select Change plan and follow the on-screen steps to change your plan for that line.

     

    Change your plan from a computer

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Select PLAN.
    3. Select the desired line of service.
      • Select CHANGE PLAN and follow the on-screen steps to change your plan for that line.
