Change your plan

    Learn how to change your plan using My T-Mobile. If you have a Pay in Advance (Prepaid) plan and you want to switch to a postpaid monthly plan, contact T-Mobile Customer Service.

     

    To change your plan on My T-Mobile:

     

    1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
    2. From the top menu, click PLAN.
    3. If you have multiple lines on your account, you may need to click the + button to expand the view on that line.
    4. Click the CHANGE PLAN button and follow the on-screen steps to change your plan for that line.
