Change your billing and e911 address

    Learn how to update your billing address and e911 address on My T-Mobile. Your billing address is used as your e911 address. The e911 address is used by emergency services to determine your location.

     

    If you recently moved and have changed your address through the United States Postal Service (USPS), then you won't need to follow the steps below. The USPS notifies us of any address changes, and our systems are automatically updated.

     

    Keep in mind, only the Primary Account Holder can update the address.

     

    To update your billing address:

     

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Access your Profile.
      • From your mobile device, select the menu in the top right corner and then select Profile.
      • From your computer, select PROFILE in the top right corner.
    3. Select Billing & Payments.
    4. Next to BILLING ADDRESS, select Edit.
    5. Enter your billing address and select SAVE.

     

    To update your e911 address:

     

    1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
    2. Access your Profile.
      • From your mobile device, select the menu in the top right corner and then select Profile.

      • From your computer, select PROFILE in the top right corner.

    3. Select Line Settings.
    4. Next to E911 ADDRESS, select Edit.
    5. Enter your e911 address and select SAVE. This address should be the primary place you use your phone.
