Change your billing and e911 address

Learn how to update your billing address and e911 address on your T-Mobile account.

Your billing address is used as your e911 address. The e911 address is used by emergency services to determine your location.

If you moved recently and have changed your address through the United States Postal Service (USPS), then you don't need to follow the steps below. The USPS notifies us of any address changes, and our systems are automatically updated. Keep in mind, only the Primary Account Holder (PAH) or a Full access line can update the address.
