As the UnCarrier, we're always on the hunt for ways to reward our customers and simplify every process they undergo. To make it as easy as possible for you to take advantage of our awesome offers, we're taking the riddles out of rebates by posting what you need to know right here on the Support site.
What can I find in the Deals space?
We're saving mysteries for kooky kids and puppies in far-out vintage buses! You can quickly locate the new Deals space from the top navigation bar to check out ongoing promotions and a short archive of expired offers as well. Once you're there, you'll find clear-cut eligibility requirements, simple instructions for redeeming offers, and a timeline so that you know when to expect that rebate, reward, or promotional credit. We're gearing up for a special time here in the wireless industry, when many manufacturers roll out the sweet new flagship models they've been perfecting all year just ahead of the holiday season. We don't want anyone left in the dark -- when we talk about upcoming and new equipment here in the News & Updates section, we'll make sure to include links to deals that could be especially tantalizing for upgrading customers, so stay tuned!
