had phone stolen, so I had to revert to my Dash. Using a brand new SIM card and trying to synch my contacts to my phone from the contacts page on tmobile.com, but everytime I get this error message.. "Synchronization failed. Sync start timed out"
Does your dash have 3G signal or Edge? Does your other data services work ok?
I have the same issue. Strong 3G signal, and other data services seem to work.
Also, after trying to sync I'll receive text messages from TMO that have garbled, unreadable text in them.
