My husband and I switched to T-Mobile yesterday. However, we are getting NO service where we live. The coverage map says that we should be covered, even though there are no T-Mobile towers nearby. There are plenty of towers from AT&T and Verizon to roam from, but the phone doesn't pull from these towers. How do I update to local towers? With Verizon, all you did was call *228 to update. Can anybody help with this?
Make sure you have data enabled. I'm not to familiar with your handset, but there may be a feature for roaming. Try turning on that if you have and see if that helps. You might want to power off/on your phone to refresh after you make these changes.
Also, I lost service for several hours yesterday. I called T-Mobile and they confirmed that it was not my phone. It took them several more hours before the system was backup.
Hi delay due to holidays . You could try ringing 150 and listen for the relevant option . It will cost 25p . But it is possible they can sort your problem direct .
Hi delay due to holidays . Unless i am on the wrong wave length roaming is for use in other countrys . If so i just send a message RO + the country you are going to to 150 . T-mobile then reply with the calling , picture messaging & messages .Costs etc .
Hi delay due to holidays . Unless i am on a different wave length .Roaming is for use in different countries . What i do is send a text to 150 - RO + the country you are going to . T-mobile then reply providing the charges for calling , picture messaging & texts etc .
