The page doesn't recognize any of my info. Is anyone else having this issue?

If you take a look at our document about the reimbursement offer you will see a clause at the bottom Important: The ETF Reimbursement CHECK STATUS button may not be available for up to 14 days after the customer receives submission confirmation. Has it been 14 days since you received your confirmation?
It took the website 16 days to even provide me a tracking number. Dont worry. It is normal. Remember taking monies is quick but giving back is a long winded process. This is called corporate and nothing to do with just T mobile.
Hi! Just to clarify about the status timeframe: It takes 14 days for our system to show that you have submitted a reimbursement request using the CHECK STATUS button on the top left side of the page, and an additional 16 days for us to post the next status, so a total of 30 days.
