I don't understand people who call ANY number back. But, that's me.
First, if an unknown number calls and hangs up, I assume wrong number. ESPECIALLY if it's a foreign number (calling foreign numbers do get charged to your account... receiving them doesn't though).
The same thing goes for people in my address book. If I get a call that they hang up on, I liken it to pocket dialing. (Although, some people I do call back... they're family)
But, good warning nonetheless.

which i do not recognize or which do not leave a voicemail message so I have not
had this happen. When i saw the call i did some research and that is how
I found out about the scam and I thought i would post it.
