i want out of contract without paying ETF

I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for many years.  I would like to continue being one, but I am constantly getting dropped calls, or calls not going through. I have tried contacting customer care, and didnt receive any help. I also travel often to Corpus Christi, specifically the island. Service is awful. T-Mobile really is of no use to me.This phone is my only means of communication, and I've missed a lot of impotant stuff. I'm paying a monthly fee for very little. I dont think I should pay a fee to cancel a service I'm not receiving.
