Thanks for posting negotia8or about this. So when you go into usage check online you cannot see any usage from past bills? You can try checking the bills directing by logging in then clicking "Billing" then clicking "Past Bills". From there you can select a month and see the usage for that billing period.
What you suggested is exactly what I did and this is the message I now get: "Bill download access is restricted. Please contact the Primary Account Holder of this account to authorize access.".... I am the primary account holder and only account holder to this account. How do I get nthis authorization and access this billing information.
