          Hi puntudo86,

I am happy to see that is working already for you.

            • Android 4.0 (HTC)
              1. From the Settings menu, look under Wireless & Networks.
              2. Touch Mobile network
              3. Touch Access Point Names.
          1. If there is a T-Mobile APN, touch it. If not, press the Menu key, and touch New APN.
          2. Verify and update the following settings for the Data APN:
            • Name: T-Mobile
            • APN: epc.tmobile.com or fast.t-mobile.com (for LTE devices)
            • Proxy: <Not set>
            • Port: <Not set>
            • Username: <Not set>
            • Password: <Not set>
            • Server: <Not set>
            • MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
            • MMS proxy: <Not set>
            • MMS port: <Not set>
            • MMS protocol: WAP 2.0
            • MCC: 310
            • MNC: 260
            • Authentication type: <Not set>
            • APN type: <Not set> OR Internet+MMS
Default Android (left image) provides a text field to leave <Not set>. Samsung (right image) provides an Internet+MMS radio button to select..

              APNtype0.pngAPNtype2.png
          3. Press the Menu key.
          4. Touch Save.
          5. In the list of APNs, delete all others that may appear. If there is a FOTA APN, you may leave that one. To do this:
            1. Touch the APN you want to delete.
            2. Press the Menu key.
            3. Touch Delete APN.
          6. Verify that there is a circle next to the one remaining APN to show it is activated.
          7. Perform a soft reset.
          8. Test your data connection and/or MMS, by accessing a web page and/or sending a picture message (MMS).

I was not able to get it to work so I put my VZW Sim card back in it and am using it there. However I am going to get the note 3 from T-Mobile for my line. If I can get this upgrade order to process. I opened up a new discussion for the issue.

I am able to have htc one max connected. There are 2 issues. 1. Not sure if lte works since I only got hspa at home. 2. Mms became sms.

I was only able to get 3G and sms - was never able to get mms to work. most of the time i ended up on the edge network. so i put my verizon sim back in the phone and went and got myself a samsung galaxy note 3 from tmobile and it is amazing.

Good for you. The only good AMOLED phone is Galaxy S2, after that not so much. If Note 3 has better screen than S2, I should give it a try.
