I recently got a Samsung Note 3 on a device upgrade on my ATT account. Now I want to switch to T-Mobile. I know how to get my phone unlocked, but the fact that TMobile does not list the Note 3 as a switchable device bothers me. The designations are different (N900A vs N900T) and I understand there are frequency band differences. Would I be better off selling the N900A at a loss and purchasing the N900T from T-Mobile?
It seams, thats T-Mobiles company politic is to cheat people and doing nothing to solve problems. They just waisting our time!! Run !!!
saw a xda post a while back stating that tmo note 3 can work on att lte but not the other way around due to att locked bootloader. i for one have no clue but it looks like its a no, so selling may be your only option.
personally over 10 yrs i have had more than a few headaches with tmo service and customer service, but i must admit most incidents were "eventually"(after multiple calls) resolved, usually with me getting some extras. the grass always seems greener, so luckily if you are unhappy you have a way to get out and find out if it is.
