I have been using 521 for several months and a few days ago it started to not ringing, even thought the setting shows ring and vibrate, it only vibrates.
This problem is intermittent, often it rings, but sometimes it doesn't ring and I am missing the calls, even once I slept over , since the alarm clock got unnoticed because there was no sound.
I called the technical support and I couldn't convince the rep that this is a real problem. I can't duplicate the failure, it just happens.
Any similar experience ? I can't afford to miss calls, I will get a better phone otherwise.
We don't want to you to miss any of your calls or alarms. This could be one of a few things and we have ways to determine this. Can you try to set an alarm and plug in head phones to see if you can get the alarm through them? We can also try a master reset that will test if it is a software issue. Resetting the phone didn't help, it does the same stuff intermittently.
I also have this issue sometimes on my phone, It happened again just 2 days ago. I received a call and the phone did not ring or vibrate, I did see the phone number on my screen.
