However, I need to do to unlock iphone 5s that I use with the operator in Brazil. Please wait a guideline or contact to solve the problem. Did you purchase the phone from T-Mobile or Apple? If it was Apple the phone is already unlocked. If it was via T-Mobile you will need to meet the requirements listed here http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1588 to qualify for a SIM unlock code.
Lucinda Hello, good morning!
The purchase was made at Apple USA, through the company website Direct Market USA, where registered my application iphone 5s 32gb space gray (GSM) UNLOCKED to be purchased in the U.S. Apple Store. However the product arrived in Brazil blocked and can not use the sim card from my nani-operator in Brazil. How should I proceed?
From already thank you for the suport and I'm waiting for guidance.

You will need to return it to the company then.
They either sold you one that was not unlocked or there is a problem with the one you received.
If it is locked, since you are not a T-Mobile customer, you will not be able to obtain a unlock code from T-Mobile.
The American Apple Store sells the iphone5s unlocked, free to use any GSM carrier in Brazil and in the World?

Did you try to put your SIM card in the phone to see if it works? Because it should already be unlocked if you bought it from Apple.
If it's not working then you should try contacting Apple's customer care. However, since you're in Brazil, I'm not sure if they'll be able to help you.
This is definitely not something that T-Mobile can help you with. You're better off contacting Apple.
Yes, but does not work because it is blocked by T Mobile, not accepting my card operator in Brazil.
I consulted the Apple in Brazil, he confirmed through the IMEI number, the more they can not help me because the policy of the enterprise.
In USA Apple Store website, the unlocked iPhone 5s is one that has a contract free T Mobile. How am Brazilian the device is for use in Brazil for my GSM operator.
Is it possible to unlock, stating the number of IMEI or SERIAL for T Mobile?

Did you buy it through Apple.com directly?
It sounds based on your original post like it was through someone else.
Only the ones purchase directly through Apple are unlocked.
Ones that have been purchased and meant for T-Mobile sale, even though from Apple, are locked.
Locked devices are only unlockable by the carrier that they were meant for unless Apple will go around that policy.
And like I said previously, that not being a T-Mobile customer you will not be able to obtain an unlock code.
You will either need to return the device to the place of purchase since they sold you a locked device, try and work something out with Apple if that is where you bought it if they made a mistake, or find a seller online that sells unlock codes for the device and try and purchase one.
That is not possible. You didn't order from apple.com, then -- the ones from apple.com are 100% unlocked. I know this without a doubt because I personally have friends who bought theirs from Apple and they are in fact unlocked. If you didn't enter your credit card information at apple.com and your credit card doesn't have a $649 charge (or whatever if you chose a different storage option) from Apple, then you didn't buy it from Apple.
You must have bought the phone from a third party who may have told you that they bought it from Apple, but they did not, and the proof is that the phone is locked. Whoever sold it to you is a T-Mobile customer who likely bought the phone on a payment plan. They sold it to you for the full price, but it's not an unlocked phone and cannot be unlocked by you because you're not the person who bought it. The only way in which a T-Mobile phone can be unlocked is if the account owner puts in a request and only after all installment payments have been made.
Essentially what that means is that you now have a very expensive paperweight if you can't return it and get a refund from whoever you bought it from. You're not going to be able to get this phone unlocked.
I'm charging the company for which I paid the purchase and delivery service in Brazil. I saw no difficulty in making the purchase because the request I made gave a detailed and direct link from the Apple website (http://store.apple.com/us/buy-iphone/iphone5s), in the matter of time, was fast in 17 days I gave in Brazil, however, the station informing me that you, the company adopted another way to purchase and gave me no satisfaction. Also found it strange, I received the product without note or invoice with discrimination cases.
Ja did to return the product to the company and requested the cancelation and refund of costs with the return freight.

The moral of this story is to buy the phone from the country you live in
and not a country where the phones are carrier locked. You can't trust a 3rd party
reseller of phones like Direct Market USA who are going to sell you whatever iPhone
they can get their hands on.
Unfortunately the company Market Direct USA, should fulfill their service delivery at all serious and committed company uses a quality logistics and communication with customers informing you every step of the purchase. Also because the system they use to customers making purchases in the U.S. delivering in Brazil would be simple.
But it was worth the experience.

They should be the one you should be asking to get you the unlock code.
