I live in Brooklyn, New York.
I have my galaxy s3 almost a year. It works perfectly fine before. However it is not work since last Monday.
There is signal on the phone. But when i tried to make a phone call and it said," Not Registered on Network."
I been to the T-mobile store and tried the diagnosis test. There is nothing wrong with the phone.
I tried the factory reset and change a new sim card.
And it all does no work.
I tried everything i could but it just does not work.

You have a year warranty on phone
If you have insurance you have as long as u keep the insurance
Thank you for responding my question. But i think my warranty had expired.. and i do not have insurances for my phone.
Then you should say over a year than almost a year. When people read that they tend to think 9 months to 1 year.
Sorry, i just realized that.
Call and ask for level 2 tech support.
Before you do try sticking your sim into another phone and see if it works.
Thanks, i used my friend's sim card on my phone and it works. When i select network operators and it said," the sim card does not allow a connection to this network."
When you put your sim in his phone what happens? Same message? If it does talk to level 2 support.
Did you get the same error message when you put your SIM into your friends device?
