wow that's odd. unfortunately for a hardware problem like that, a replacement is the best solution. you could try pulling the battery out and restarting the device but that's like not going to help much for a situation like that. seems like there's some severe internal issues with the device.
a replacement (again) might be your best solution. if you can go into a store though first, have them troubleshoot it for you while there just in case.

I'm oversea right now; that's why I need them to ship it to me. But it's
too bad they can't ship it to Armed Force of Europe Postal (APO); so now I
just have to wait extra longer for that phone again.
