When I try to set up visual voice mail on Nokia 521, I get this error:
Something happened and we couldn't set up your visual voicemail. Make sure you have a cellular signal, and try again. You may also need to contact your mobile operator to enable this on your current phone plan."
I have cell connection, have voice mail plan and have tried resetting phone, but no luck. Any ideas???
Call a.representative tmobile has to add visual voicemail to your account before you can use it
It sounds like your Visual Voicemail isn't correctly provisioned. You'll need to get in contact with Customer Care to get this added. You can do so by dialing 611 or Contact Us
