    I emailed your team, and this is what I got:

     

    Thanks for verifying. To clarify: our BTV provides Value plan pricing by giving $15 off the standard price of a data feature and $5 off the standard rate plan/AAL charge each month. I have reviewed your account and see that these discounts are currently being applied. The data plan you have on a Classic plan is $30 per month for the 4.5GB w/smartphone mobile hotspot abilities. You now pay $15 per month for that. You also receive a $5 discount on you voice plan. It used to cost $59.99 per month, which is now $54.98 per month. This is where you are receiving the $20 discount, there are no adjustments needed as these are automatically billed at the rates I quoted above.

    • MY DATA PLAN WAS $20.00 LOYALTY special for YEARS.... I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THIS $15.00 OFF THIS AND $5.00 OFF MY PLAN yes
      • TMOBILE THEN SCAMMED ME BY RAISING UP MY DATA PLAN TO $30 AND THEN TAKE OFF $15. [SCAM!!!]
      • I NEVER AGREED TO CHANGE MY DATA TO $30 AWAY FROM THE LOYALTY. I TOLD THEM TIME AND TIME AGAIN I DID NOT WNAT TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY PLAN.

    Ok now i see call loyalty back

    Tell them to remove the data they put on

    A nd give  u back the $20 data u had before and take off the btv $15 off that

    Only loyalty or cancellation can do this

    Also when they fix it the my acct app will not show the correct price only on ur bill and reps can see the right price

    Thank you for your continued patience as we review this issue. I know there are a lot of things that are going on here with the upgrade and the bridge to value changes. I apologize that it has gone on this long but I think that I have found the key difference between your current bills and the previous ones. Your monthly discount that was applied to the account as an employee of the State of California during your March Billing cycle. This is a contract that your employer signs with T-mobile and the percent discount changed. Prior to the March your monthly discount was $23.15 and after the contract changed the discount was reduced to $13.52. I am sorry that this is an additional complication in this issue. If you log onto your Myt-mobile.com account you can review the last 12 months worth of bills to confirm this. Unforntunately at this time the rates that have been charges are correct. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

     

     

    WOW...EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE.. Trying to dig out old stuff to make sense for what is happening, when I ALREADY figured out and EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAPPEN. Yes this occurred in March, I already saw the difereent of 10.00 added to my bill.... yet they are trying to say THIS IS THE REASON I am missing the 10.00 discount.. when it is REALLY because I had loyalty 20.00 per month and they aren't taking off 15.00 from that.. since they RAISED my rate to 30.00 (without my consent) and disounted me 15.00 = 15.00...

    TMO just disappoints. I have wasted so much time and energy and they just give me excuse after excuse.

    Call loyalty pl dont say about wo ur consent

    Just tell them to put the $20 required preferred android web back

    And discount it

    Say to check ur bills that u had it for a long time

    Only loyalty or cancellation can do this

    Also if u have any other lines that have 18 mo or older subsidized phones let them do bridge to valuue now from loyalty so it doesnt get messed up and u will save more money

    You dont have to buy a phone to add bridge to value
