overcharging and charging for services I do not have

If i customer service rep could contact me by email that would be great. The following are my issues.

 

1. Recently we had to change sim cards for a phone line as we got a new phone, I was charged $100 in violation of the contract for a new phone. The contract specifically states a total dollar value and you have added $100 dollars to that. Violation of Federal and State contract laws.

2. Ever since we started this account, we have been getting overcharged. The monthly total for web and phone line services (without taxes/fees) states that it is at 124.98, yet the bill shows that the total for web and phone line services (without taxes/fees) is 143.97. This is an overcharge of 18.99/mo. Last month we started getting a $20 reduction where the monthly total for web and phone line services (without taxes/fees) states that it is 104.98, yet the billing shows that the total for web and phone line services (without taxes/fees) is 123.97.

 

I have all of the paperwork to prove that the above two items are true beyond a reasonable doubt. As such I need this taken care of ASAP. The total so far that is owed to me for the fraudulent overcharging is $370.23 plus taxes.
