I just switched from Sprint to T-mobile. Got a new phone and am trying to use wi-fi calling because of the poor reception in my building. I keep getting the above error message every time I switch the Wi-fi calling mode on. How can i get this fixed?
Call into tmobile to give them your 911 address usually your home
Also check to see if your account has a WiFi calling added. I was receiving that error and was told my account had to be provisioned on T-Mobile's end.
The only thing tmobile adds is if u dont have unlimited minutes they add wifi calling as free minutes
Well I have unlimited minutes and on my account it shows free WiFi calling. Just going by what tech support and my account shows.
