    Can't activate iPhone 3GS via iTunes after updating to 6.1.3

      Well, I updated to iOS 6.1.3, and now I cannot activate my iPhone. I get the message


      We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time.

      Please try again later, or contact customer care.


      Originally it was purchased from AT&T. I unlocked it and used it with T-Mobile for awhile. I tried activating it with a TMobile SIM card, but that doesn't work. What can I do now? I don't have access to an AT&T SIM card. Thanks.
