Can someone help with this. I am having issues with my phone showing i have no service but it shows the 4G sign and i can still browse the Internet. I am not on wifi and i have tried turning off the phone and back on but still i am not able to make any calls or send any messages. Phone is paid and everything just can not get this issues solved. I do not see any outage notifications for this area. Any one have any answers or suggestions?
Have you tried restarting your phone? you can also try powering it down, taking out battery and sim card and reinserting it making sure its inserted snugly and correctly.
Also maybe your mobile network settings have been messed with. go to menu> setting> more settings> mobile networks> network modes> make sure GSM/WDCMA (auto mode) is selected.
if all this fails call CC, you might have either a bad radio or bad sim card.
Have you tried wiping your cache? I'm assuming you used to have service and this is a recent problem.
If the phone is not working correctly, you may need to reset it. Whereas a hard reset deletes all your information, clearing the system cache does not erase any personal data or settings.

Thank you both I have tried all of these suggestions and still nothing it might just be my sim card or an outage in the area. I will be giving them a call today hopefully I can get it solved. Thanks for the help!

Meanwhile, tryout your wifi calling to make sure it works well. Maybe you're experiencing a tower update...can you say LTE?

Thanks for your response and my phone just randomly started working I have tried all suggestions and so far it has been working fine. This is not the first time it happens since sunday it has been acting strange

Next time this happens, I suggest trying to put your SIM in another device to see if it duplicates, this will help us determine if it is an issue with the phone itself!
