Galaxy s3 issues

I am having problems with my Galaxy s3. I have experienced dropped calls and in-bound calls that  go directly to my voice mail. This has been going on for roughly 90 days. I have replaced my phone 3 times, and SIM card as well. I have contacted customer service during these issues w/o in assistance in these matters. Now T-mobile customer service is charging me $130. for a non-warranty issue from a refub phone that they sent me. I have written letters and spoke with supervisors in the retention department and they basically stated that I have no options but to keep what I have.


What can I do - any suggestions?
