What is wrong with online ordering?!?!

I have been trying since 4am to order accessories from tmo.com and I keep getting CMN3101E The system is unavailable due to "CMN1023E".

    That's a very strange error message. I've got a few questions to figure this one out, and we may need to file a ticket for you, but I know we can make the online order system work for you.

     

    Which browser are you using?

    Have you tried clearing the cookies, cache and history?

    Are you logged in to your T-Mobile.com account?

    Does this error occur for any accessory you choose or just one accessory? Are you able to test with a different accessory, almost to the point of paying for the item?

     

    Has the online accessory order ever worked properly before today?

    I've tried it on Firefox (both Windows and Linux), Internet Explorer 8 & 9 (One machine at home and another at work)

    Yes

     

    Are you logged in to your T-Mobile.com account?

    I've tried both

     

    Does this error occur for any accessory you choose or just one accessory? Are you able to test with a different accessory, almost to the point of paying for the item?

    I'm a little skiddish to try this since I do not want to end up with an item I do not want.  It is right after I submit my payment info with either my credit card or just billing it to my account.  It was an order for 2 accessories (Nokia Lumia 810 Wireless Charging Shell - Cyan & Nokia Wireless Charging Stand - Black).  I tried it for only one to break up the order and got the same thing.  

     

    Has the online accessory order ever worked properly before today?

    I have never tried before today.  Only place that has the cyan shell is tmo.com

    Thank you for this information. It doesn't sound like it would be a good idea to test ordering another device because the error happens during the payment.. I wouldn't want you to get an accessory you don't need either. It sounds like we'll need to file a ticket for you. I'm going to send you a private message to get more information. Take a look when you've got a moment.

    Thank you.  If you google the error message seems to have happaned before.

    I've been having the same problem. Cyan shell and charging stand for the 810. Tried multiple browsers and PCs. Tried with and without logging in to T-Mobile. Tried different payment methods. All failed.

     

    Help?!

    Last night I tried with my wife's account (she is on another separate plan) and I got the same thing.  I've never had to try so hard to give a company my money before.
