Hi Support team ,
I am getting this error " Not registered on Network" Pretty frequently. Please suggest how to fix this ?
just turn off the phone, remove the sim card and battery, return it after couple of seconds adn turn on the phone... this will help resolve the issue...
try also searching for the available network
settings > wireless and network > mobile network > network operators > search network
hope this will help you some how
In addition to zio's answer, I'd like to add that the contacts on my old SIM had worn enough that the connection was inconsistent. They can flash you a new SIM from your old at a T-Mo location near you. Takes about ten seconds, and fixed my problem permanently.
Turning off/on doesn't work always.
Also the problem is i don't know when it is working and when it is not, till i have to call somebody.
All the incoming calls will go directly to my voicemail without showing any voicemail icon.
I went to the T-mobile store yesterday .
I was told there were no issues with the Sim and phone. There is some upgrade going on the network towers and that is causing the issue. This problem will be there till the end of this year .
So basically that means , you keep on paying the bill and won't get any service.
Getting out of the contract will cost 200$ for each line , pretty badly stuck.
I am having the same problem. Not getting any help from TMobile.
i had the same problem i had call t-mobile and they pass it to samsung is no help at all after i had just pay my phone bill than it happing
