Hi.

 

I have a SIM converted from family plan to prepaid in the last month. Now this prepaid phone can call and receive callings.

 

But I can't login my.t-mobile.com with this number and pin. The error massage is "The phone number you entered, **** , has been canceled. If you feel that this information is incorrect, please contact us at 1-877-453-1304."

 

As while, I can't refill this prepaid online. The error message is "This is not a valid T-Mobile phone number. Please re-enter your phone number.". I did refill this prepaid account twice over by phone, and had CSR refilled my account manually. 

 

Why does this working preapaid SIM show invalid online?
